QV - Quadratic Voting for Slack

How to use:

After installation, make sure to invite qvote to any channel where you want to use it:

/invite @qvote

Once installed and invited to a channel, you can create a new vote with the /qvote command:

/qvote

This will open a modal dialog where you can:

• Enter a title: The main question or topic for your vote
• Add a description: Optional context for your vote
• Add options: The choices users can vote on
• Set credits per user: How many voting credits each participant gets (default: 100)
• Set allowed users: Who is eligible to vote (default: all members of the channel)

About Quadratic Voting

Quadratic voting allows participants to express not just which options they prefer, but how strongly they feel about each one. By allocating voting credits across options, users can better express their preferences.
